UI Software Developer
Play a key role in the development of a UI Web Framework in this new UI Software Developer position.
What's the job?
Our client, a leader in outsourcing R&D is looking to grow it's team and is looking for a Front End Developer to develop and maintain the framework and to provide guidance and support to the web app developers using it.
On a day to day basis you will be developing and testing within an Engineering Scrum team on an innovative project.
You will be working with the latest technologies in the market including latest user interface technologies such as JavaScript based frameworks and libraries, HTML 5 and CSS.
Sounds great what do I need?
In order to be considered for interview you will need a combination of the following:
- An EU Passport or eligibility to work in Ireland
- A 3rd level degree in Computer Science/IT
- Very strong knowledge of the latest UI Frameworks and Web Services including REST
- Object Oriented analysis, design experience
- Excellent English and Communication skills essential
- Ability to work as a member of a high performing engineering Scrum team.
Ideally you will also have
- Experience working as Senior JavaScript/Front End developer
- Proven competence in large scale SPA development
- Front end architecture patterns e.g. MV*
- Client side testing (unit, BIT, acceptance, performance)
- Familiar with the latest web standards
- Familiar with popular JS Frameworks and libraries
- Integration with JavaScript based reporting and charting solution
- Experience working in an Agile environment with Engineering scrum teams is an added advantage
- Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
