Second Line Support Analyst Required - Dublin Daily Rate Contract
My client is offering you, a talented Support Analyst, the perfect opportunity to work as a second line support analyst in Dublin city centre for a worldwide investment firm.
My client currently employs over 1000 people in their IT department, so you will have the opportunity to work with a large talent pool and further develop your skills in this dynamic department.
As a Second Line Support Analyst, you will be providing services on the IT help desk. You will be supporting the migration of new installations and upgrades to their current technology whilst working closely with their worldwide support team. My client is extremely client focused and therefore, this role will be vital in their daily operations by providing the best value in their services.
Qualifications & Experience
* IT Qualification (Third Level)
* 3 years relevant experience
Skills You Will Provide:
* Know how to work with both Macs and Windows (experience required)
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities
* Be customer focused
* Be a team player but also work off your own initiative
* Be flexible in the role
* Experience in TCP/IP and VPN
