Network Engineer - Senior

Job Description

My client is currently looking to expand their infrastructure team by giving you the opportunity to join as a Senior Network Engineer. You will have direct contact with the Engineering Manager and your main responsibilities will revolve around the architectural design, troubleshooting to a 3rd level and add your knowledge to the infrastructure security. You will also be working with development teams and support their new solutions in an agile environment.

What you will need as Network Engineer:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering
* Strong background in technical project design and leadership
* Professional accreditation CCNP, CCSA, JNCIP-ENT etc.
* In depth understanding of networking, architecture and design
* Working experience of a datacentre environment
* Expert knowledge of Network Access Control and IPS/IDS
* Knowledge of Security Standards ISO, PCI DSS etc
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role

Desirable:

* F5 Experience
* Checkpoint Firewalling
* Aruba and AWS exposure
