Graduate IT Analyst

They require an Analyst with experience using Linux/Unix and working knowledge of SQL.
Based in Dublin, this permanent role will see the successful candidate join a dynamic team, covering support, issue analysis and technical analysis, script writing, vendor management, with possible project management duties.
The company promotes from within and members from this team have been promoted into Business Analysis, Implementation, Quality Assurance and Project Management teams.

How can I stand out from the crowd?
* Degree educated in Computer Science or a related field.
* Experience using Linux/Unix and SQL. (Can be college project work)
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What would a general day involve?
* Support for all issues relating to your client and products.
* Examine issues and where possible work to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
* Diagnosing problems and identifying potential solutions.
* Work with Development or Business teams on assigned issues.
* Document details of communications with clients and Development or Business teams.
* Provide customer service reports
* Help develop and improve the department by adhering to internal / external SLAs, internal KPIs.
* Oversee high severity incidents via process and work with clients to resolve issues as soon as possible.
* Partake in regular calls with clients regarding Service Level and Performance, providing updates.
* Support User Acceptance Testing as required.
* Implement new systems and processes
