Excellent role for a Data Scientist with a software company located in Cork.

The data scientist role is with an exciting software company who partner with some of the largest web companies to help make their services much more efficient through the use of Big Data and machine learning technologies. Your role will be to dive into new internal data which they have available and combine it with existing sources to improve the services they offer.

Required Skills

* 3+ years experience in a Big Data Engineer / Data Science role
* Proven experience across Machine learning with use of complex algorythims
* Understanding of tools like R & NumPy
* Exposure to multiple cloud technologies - NoSQL, AWS etc.
* An understanding of Spark would be helpful
* Programming skills across Java, Python D3js etc. nice to have
