You have:
• Experience developing and being part of the architecture behind complex systems.
• Experience mentoring, leading and motivating team members to deliver high level projects on time.
• Deep knowledge of .NET and its core frameworks.
• Experience working with full- stack teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the .Net Microsoft tech stack.
• You as .Net technical Lead will have an excellent knowledge of design patterns and architecture.
• Experience in requirements analysis and system design - must have UML, must demonstrate he can put together coherent documents for these purposes and proposals as well.
• Process oriented - regarding architecture, design and PM (agile).
• .Net Technical Lead with experience working in enterprise environments (medium to large scale projects).
