Exciting opportunity for interesting 12 month contract working for one of Ireland's flagship national cmpnaies to start ASAP.
The primary function of this role is to monitor, report, and where possible ensure the delivery of high quality services by suppliers to this company.
The sucessful candidate will be responsible for:
* Monitoring of Service Level Agreements and Supplier Performance
* Overall responsibility for monitoring & reporting performance of suppliers against SLA
* Developing strong internal and external relationships
* Ensure services and capacity requirements are met by suppliers
* Conducting regular service reviews with suppliers
* Investigating and following up on any SLA non-compliances and/or supplier performance issues including the quality of services delivered
* Guiding and managing day-to-day operational activities as assigned
* Analysing, Preparing and reporting KPIs and statistics (e.g. monthly operations reports)
* Develop BI reports and performance reports (e.g. usage statistics)
* Preparation and presentation of operational KPIs, reports and statistics
* Responsible for continually auditing, reviewing and improving operations processes
* Turning ideas into practical solutions (e.g. change requests, service improvements)
* Develop new operational processes & standardisation/streamline existing processes
* Providing planning support to the team (e.g. requirements analysis, operations support to technical and design teams)
* Providing business intelligence support (i.e. data mining and creating new management reports)
* Working with the Customer Engagement Unit to improve the customer experience (e.g. improve website content, helpdesk FAQs, quality of responses etc.)
