My client is currently seeking to fulfil a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer position on a permanent basis. The role is accompanied by an excellent salary and a fantastic level of training if desired.
My client is a leading IT solutions & services provider who specialise in IT Security, Cloud Computing, and Professional, Managed and Consulting Services. This position will be predominantly based in North Dublin, with some of the times being situated in Dublin city Centre on client sites.
The ideal candidate would hold the following experience:
· CCA or any additional Citrix certifications
· 2+ years’ experience in a technical support oriented role
· Solid experience working with the Microsoft stack
