As part of the Application Support Team this position will be responsible for the maintenance and Support of Corporate Applications and Client Servicing Applications.
Overview:
* Install and configure new releases into Test and Production environments
* Coordinate the Release process with Business Groups
* Communicate detailed descriptions of functionality changes and provide follow up support as required
* Administer and resolve support requests coming from application users
* Develop and maintain a working knowledge of business rules and documentation of business processes as they pertain to the business applications to ensure accuracy, consistency, legal compliance, and data integrity
* Configure new system functionality and maintain applications at the system level
* Install client components on user desktops and assist with resolution of technical issues pertaining to these
* Design and develop reports and run ad-hoc database queries and reports based on business requirements
* Gather requirements application enhancements
* Maintain a working knowledge of technical enhancements and new functionality created in the systems
Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in technology or equivalent work experience
* Minimum three years' experience providing application support (working in a helpdesk or similar environment)
* Experience with the following applications/tools desirable: ViewPoint, Oracle EBS, SSRS, SharePoint, Business Objects, SQL Reporting Services, DropBox, ERP Solutions and Transaction Monitoring Solutions
