The Business Analyst will be intricately involved in the SDLC of the product, interacting with the development and product management team. The Business Analyst is involved in developing business, functional and technical requirement documentation. The Business Analyst will be passionate about quality software applications and be able to demonstrate impact of requested changes to products.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

* Business requirement gathering, stakeholder interaction and technical requirement production
* Coordinate tests and vendor enhancements and support
* Translate requirements into systems development documentation
* Consult with stakeholders and resolve production issues
* Identify program design and implementation issues
* Analyse business requirements and solve problems

Qualifications and Experience

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Computer Engineering
* Five years plus in a product development environment
* Agile software development exposure
* Interact with designers (UX, UI) and development team
* Document processing experience
