Job Responsibilities
• Define best practice and help mentor junior BAs
• Meet with key business stakeholders to define high-level requirements
• Assist in the definition of test plans and strategies
• Provide input into new business processes and lead the implementation of these processes
• Analyse the impact of change requests

Key Skills:
• 7 + years’ experience running complex programs
• Comfortable challenging the status quo
• The ability to think outside the box
• Excellent problem-solving skills
