TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on a retained basis for our client is seeking an IT Director in Belfast.

The company operates in the Financial Services Sector with International office locations - some travel will be expected in this role (mainland Europe plus U.S.)

Skills Required Include

*15+ years experience working as an IT Manager/Director in a large international organisation
*Financial Services/Banking Sector background expertise
*People Management (10+ Direct Reports) for at least 8 years.
*Must have worked in both Software Development and Systems/Infrastructure Environments
*Ideally will have Project Management Certifications (Prince2/PMP) as well as ITIL Certifications

This role requires a hands-on IT Director who will be involved in the overall IT Strategy for the business and be capable of high level decision making, Change Management and creating an engaging and inspiring work environment.

You will have close working relationships with the Director of Finance, Operations Director and CEO and should be available to sit in board-meetings when required.
