Senior Technical Business Analyst- Dublin-6 month Contract
Senior technical Business Analyst required to join our clients growing company based in Dublin city centre.

Reporting to the CIO for Western and Central Europe, this is a key role for the delivery of high priority technology projects.
What does this role involve:
• This is a key role for the delivery of high priority technology projects.
• Lead BA on regional initiatives throughout Western and Central Europe
• Serving as a liaison between the business and IT functions in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
• Analyse and document business requirements
• Responsible for the translation of requirements into functional specifications
• Lead the BA effort – coordination of BA work
• Stakeholder management and communications
• Representing the business value
• Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation
• Work with business partners to identify opportunities to automate processes and functions
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of standard best practice BA processes and tools
• Mentoring other BA’s in the application of best practices
• QA critical analysis outputs e.g. BRDs
• BA consultancy on larger projects (problem diagnosis, understanding business needs)
Role requirements:
• 7+ years experience as a technical Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC.
• Be a strong communicator and be comfortable mentoring others.
