As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will be tasked with providing first class levels of support to customers and exceeding their expectations. 

Within a dynamic environment, you will take an adaptable approach, focusing on finishing tasks, maintaining documentation and adhering to best practice standards. You will know when to chase down an issue and complete it or escalate it to the next level and you will certainly be aware of when to update a customer and how to communicate effectively with them. 

Interested? If so, you will need: 

- At least two years’ experience in an IT helpdesk environment 
- Strong experience in Microsoft desktop applications including Windows, Office and Outlook 
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and Microsoft Exchange 
- Knowledge of Active Directory 
- Strong PC build and deployment experience 

Self-starting and target driven, as an IT Service Desk Technician, you’ll need to be adaptable to change, have excellent time management skills and be adept at forging and maintaining relationships. Your customer focus will be second-to-none and you’ll also need exceptional communication skills.
