My candidate is a software as a service company operating out of Dublin who are looking for you to join their highly motivated team to put customers at the center of the business and allow personalization to reach a standard never seen before.

Your responsibilities:

* Lead product delivery and facilitate workshops to achieve requirements set by stakeholders.
* Create project plans to comply with customer expectations.
* Keep a customer focus throughout all processes.
* Training customers on new features.
* Lead methodologies throughout the project.

Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience working as a Project Manager in a customer-facing environment.
* Experience delivering SaaS to customers.
* Technical IT background.
* Experience influencing and advising both customers and stakeholders.
* 3rd level degree or technical experience.
* Experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
