Our client, a global highly innovative technology company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Technical Internal Recruiter to join their EMEA hub in Dublin
Working within a team environment you will be responsible for all aspects of end to end recruitment and will play a crucial role in ensuring the best tech talent is attracted and retained. You will be involved in the recruitment of technical employees for this dynamic business across the EMEA region.
Some of your responsibilities will Include
* Source and maintain an active pipeline of passive technical candidates from around the globe using the lastest sourcing tools and techniques.
* Engage with hiring managers in relation to their requirments and manage expectations
* Play an active role in the branding of this global business and attend international road shows
* Manage candidates through the full recruitment process and extend out offers.
* 3+ years' experience working within an in-house or agency role sourcing technical candidates
* Strong sourcing tools using boolean and social media platforms
* Ability to think outside of the box and use creative sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates
* Passionate about technology, innovation, social media and general trends within recruitment
* Results driven individual with a can-do attitude
