Senior Project Manager (PMO) - realTime recruitment
realTime is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to set up and run a Technology Programme Office. You will be assisted by several team members.
You will be responsible for managing the deliveries, including
• Single view of portfolio
• Budget management - Time recording and capitalization of projects
• Single view of status of projects
• Change Control
• Single view on resourcing and allocation vs. demand
• Strategic sourcing options for incremental resources, and management of suppliers
• Provide functioning, efficient gateway to accept new project and timeline for initial response
• Partner with business to prioritise new requests
• Provide 12-18 month forecast to support budget preparation for 2018

• Common tools. templates and processes across Technology
• Training and career development
• BA and PM resource role definition and training
• Resource utilisation and productivity
• Establish and track end to end KPIs
• Common estimating model

Communication and Change Management
• PMO Charter and Organisation Structure
• Regular stakeholder communications
• Executive updates
