Senior Business Analyst required for an excellent contracting role with a Global Insurance organisation based in North Dublin.

The profile we are looking for is very broad, the role will involve taking requirements at the initial inception right through to detailed solution design.

Desired Skills / Experience

* 5+ years specific Business Analyst experience, preference on Insurance background.
* Excellent requirements gathering experience.
* Proven experience working on specific solution design.
* Drive to lead process and system improvement initiatives facilitating business and system change.
* Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, particularly with senior executives.
* Experience working in an Agile environment desired.
