This position will predominantly be based in the city centre but will require the occasional travel to customer sites. You'll need to be a highly experienced engineer who has spent a number of years Troubleshooting level 3 issues and working as the most senior escalation point in a managed services support team.
It is important that you have previous experience of supporting and troubleshooting across multiple customers and be able to resolve queries quickly and competently. You'll have a strong support system and will also work closely with the enterprise architecture team.

* Extensive windows server experience.
* Excellent VMWare knowledge.
* Excellent Active Directory experience.
* Veeam Backup knowledge
* Extremely strong troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work under pressure across multiple customer sites.
* Previous managed services experience would be desirable.
