Business Analyst

Mid-Level Business Analyst required to join a leading provider of wealth management, asset management, and financial advisory services based in Dublin 2.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Design solutions that deliver improvements in business efficiency and productivity;

·         Develop business requirements, functional specifications, test plans and related documentation in support of systems initiatives;

·         Work closely with business users to understand issues & identify system and/or process solutions;

·         Proactively identify organisational impacts as a result of new business process or system deployments;

·         Provide timely status and project updates to I.S. management and business owners;

·         Liaise with members of the IT function and external vendors to determine how best deliver those requirements

REQUIREMENTS

·         A Technology related degree

·         2+ years Technical Business Analysis experience

·         Relational database skills - ideally Oracle and MySQL

·         Experience of translating business needs into formal business requirements & functional specifications

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Experience within the financial services / or similar industry is desirable

REMUNERATION

·         Starting salary of 50-60K (DOE)

·         15% Performance relocated bonus
