Tester duties:
• Write test specifications from requirements and functional specifications
• Implement software test plans and test strategy
• Design and implement test schedules
• Interact with developers and management to discuss and resolve defects
• Design and execute manual test cases

Software testing experience required:
• 3+ years software testing experience
• Knowledge of databases and development tools
• Experience testing in a .NET/Java or mobile environment
• Good verbal/written communication
