The role will involve:
* systems integration across multiple platforms Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V etc.
* Investigation and Diagnosis of issues
* Working in a growing dynamic Company
* Working with technical experts providing input, recommendations and support to optimise client solutions across multiple platforms and sites.
Qualifications
Qualifications listed below are preferred and but not required (equivalent experience will suffice)
* Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
* System administrator MCSA/MCSE
* Citrix certified A/P Virtualisation, Mobility, Networking
* CCNA
Experience
Desired but not required (equivalent experience may suffice)
* 3-5 years' experience working in a busy IT/managed services environment
* Integration and system Architect experience
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a Windows system administrator
* Proven ability to adhere to policies, standards and procedures related to change control and other operational best practices
* Considerable knowledge of internet protocols and implementations
* Considerable knowledge of cryptographic protocols and implementations
* Industry certifications from CompTIA, Citrix, VMWare or Microsoft MCSA
* Project management (Prince2)

* Has a flair for technology and enjoys problem solving and rising to challenges
* Can provide technical leadership to team mates and guidance to customers
* Demonstrates great determination in resolving complex issues and closing out projects
* Is comfortable at handling major incidents and providing leadership and input into resolution
* Is customer focused and deadline oriented in an SLA driven environment
