Enterprise People are currently seeking an experienced Software Tester for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin. Reporting to the Test Manager, the software tester will join the existing team who are responsible for all test activities related to our client’s financial web applications.

The Software Tester will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Ensure all deliverables and releases are according to original requirement (s) specification
•    Design testcases based on business requirements
•    Prepare Test data
•    Maintain data integrity standards throughout the project
•    Work with analysts and developers to troubleshoot test issues
•    Raise & track defects, escalate risks and issues to ensure resolution
•    Provide reports to management when required
•    Work closely with key stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

•    A 3rd Level Qualification
•    3+ Years Software Testing experience
•    Good SQL experience
•    Ability to manipulate and extract data using Excel
•    Knowledge of bug tracking tools, HP QC, ALM
•    Test Certification
•    Financial Services experience
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
