Business Analyst required for an excellent permanent role with a large insurance organisation based in West Dublin.

* 5+ years specific Business Analyst experience.
* Experience with ECommerce / Web Projects and Solutions.
* Requirements gathering experience (Functional and Non-Functional).
* Proven experience working on specific solution design.
* Drive to lead process and system improvement initiatives facilitating business and system change.
* Delivery of workshops / presentations / stakeholder management.
* Process Mapping (MS Visio).
* Experience of TIA, Fineos or Progen insurance applications would be of advantage.
* Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, particularly with senior executives.
