PFH Technology are Ireland’s largest ICT and Managed Services Company. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst for a contract role based in Dublin
Responsibilities
· Business and process analysis to facilitate systems design and development.
· Advising on potential improvements to business processes through the development and enhancement of IT systems
· Advising on the appropriate application of software solutions to improve business processes
· Development of use cases and functional requirements documentation where new software solutions are to be developed or enhanced
· Facilitation and attendance of meetings and workshops to assist the completion of deliverables
· Definition of standards, policies and best practices to support the proposed development and implementation
· Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical and functional vision for the overall project
· Data Analysis including data mapping and data migration
· Software Testing– Test planning, execution and defect resolution.
