* Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 3 yrs experience in software development
* Strong understanding of software design, systems and architecture concepts
* Multi-threaded C# / .Net development
* Some Windows embedded development experience
* SQL
* C# . NET
* Entity Framework and LINQ
* Experience leading software teams
