Java Developer

My client, a leading Cork based company multiple requirements for experienced Java Developers. They build quality software solutions for global brands. There are multiple projects at various stages of the SDLC ongoing - expect heavy development work.
You'll be developing world class software across both web and mobile, and be exposed to a very technically diverse environment. Working alongside developers with a PASSION for what they do, share & learn to advance your current skill set!

This role will suit a developer who has a pragmatic approach to all aspects of development, including design, development and testing. You will have a strong and deep knowledge of Java ecosystems, exceptional design patterns and queuing technology, love of automation, CI, TDD, pair programming.
*On offer is an initial 6 month contract
*Daily Rate: DOE

Experience Desired:
- Core Java, JavaScript, Object-Oriented software analysis and design
- Multiple frameworks including Spring, Hibernate, MVC
- Full stack, back-end or front end focused developers considered
- Proven experience with Continuous Integration and Automated build environment(s)
- Experience with TDD, BDD
- Experience with/commercial experience with REST ideal.
