Solutions and Customer Success Consultant (Pre-sales)

Role will have an EMEA Remit (position can be based anywhere in EU)

Primary Responsibilities:

This role a Solutions and Customer Success Consultant /Pre-Sales Engineer - someone who can pitch at C-level /upper management. Yet still be able to talk intelligently and gain buy-in from influencing line staff.

* Become the technical owner of the sales cycle (pre-sales, bid management, proof of concept, C-level negotiations etc.)
* Create and lead custom demonstrations (both remotely and at customer sites across EMEA).
* Design, coordinate, and execute hands-on Proof on Concept (PoC) exercises.
* Serve as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME) on platform functionality, as well as understanding a prospects' current and future need (so that you can effectively map the business goals of the prospective customer to the solution).
* Scope and implement Proof of Value (PoV) projects to ensure deployment success and ultimate acceptance by customers.
* Be creative and confident in navigating potential sales roadblocks in high-stakes executive meetings.
* Become an expert in using the platform - understand all the little features so you can help customers ramp up their deployments quickly and effectively.
* Help customers implement the platforms tools and functionality in their business (demonstrating all the rich capabilities of the platform).
* Develop presentations, demos, and videos to facilitate customer deployments (these will support live in-person or remote sessions).
* Travel to customer sites around the Europe (and internationally) to observe usage, provide guidance, and gather feedback.
* Document customer use cases for the company's Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to use.

Education:

Successful applicant will be Degree educated in a Computer Science or Engineering discipline (Ideally an Engineering Degree with a Post Grad / Masters in Computer Science).

Travel Requirements:

While the EMEA organisation will be HQ'd here in Dublin, the role will have an EMEA focus. The successful candidate will be required to undertake high frequency International travel across the territory (it is the nature of the role).

With that in mind, the job holder DOES NOT have to be based in Dublin (They can be located anywhere in Europe) providing they have the required documentation to allow them travel and work freely across the EU region.
