Our Dublin client is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their ever-expanding team and for the chance to join the biggest indigenous general insurers in Ireland. The Business analyst role will be based in Dublin. The successful Business analyst will be hired for a permanent role.

In this role the Business analyst will be responsible for working on an exciting project which involves the creation of a ground breaking insurance application.

Key responsibilities:

* Project initiation and kick off workshops
* Requirements gathering and development from key stakeholders within the business
* Identifying gaps and potential risks within current and designed processes.
* Development of use cases
* Assisting the business with training strategies, planning and execution.
* Supporting user acceptance testing plan, scenarios and execution.

Experience:

* 5 years relevant experience in Business
* A background in insurance is advantageous
* Experience of Progen / Fineos is necessary
* Experience of using MS Visio

Education:

* Third Level Qualification in Computer Science / IT
* Certification such as CBAP, Scrum Master or PMI
