GemPool are recruiting a Senior Technical Product Manager for our client, a very successful global provider of mobile workforce solutions. This role is based in our clients Dublin office. In this role you will lead a team of product owners and business analysts that serve as the primary connection between the business unit and the delivery team. You and your team will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the backlog and serve as the voice of the customer within the scrum team, ensuring business critical and priority features and user stories are covered in each sprint.

In this role the Senior Technical Product Manager will partner with the broader Product Management team and other key business stakeholders to produce a holistic product vision, strategy and roadmap for their product lines. They will understand the business case for investments in the product lines and drive ROI for each project.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field preferred. MBA a plus
* 8-10 years of experience as product manager or product owner in SaaS products
* Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering and User Experience teams in a lean methodology
* 3+ years people management experience (not negotiable)
