Mid-Level Java Developer – 6 Months, South Dublin

Mid-Level Java Developer Role and Responsibilities:

·         Our client is looking for an experience Java Developer with 3 – 5 years’ experience to join this new team working on a fraud management application.

·         In this role you will be exposed to the latest technologies and will work alongside many talented developers.

·         Work closely with technical leads to define features and user stories

·         Assist with support issues by troubleshooting incidents and problem tickets

What you need:

·         Proficiency with Java JDK 1.7 or greater

·         Thorough knowledge of Java unit testing and typical frameworks used

·         Good understanding of agile software development processes, ideally a knowledge of SAFe

·         Competent with one or more of the following: JBoss, Tomcat, shell scripting, JSON, multi-threading, Maven, Linux, SQL

·         Expertise with Eclipse or IntelliJ and ability to compile, deploy, and execute code artefacts

What’s on offer:

·         Daily Rate: €350 – 400 per day
