Hosting one of Europe’s premier IT events, our client is dedicated to this exciting annual conference that has seen year-on-year growth since it began over 20 years ago. Due to the success of their first software testing conference in the UK, they are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team.
Based in beautiful, state-of-the-art offices, you’ll have the chance to grow and develop professionally in a vibrant, fun and friendly environment.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll maximise sales of our client’s event exhibition and sponsorship packages.
Carrying out a high volume of prospecting, you will identify customers’ needs, sell our client’s value proposition and qualify leads. You’ll schedule meetings and consultation calls and answer any queries customers may have.
Additionally, you will work with the Inbound Marketing Team to develop and implement lead engagement strategies and plans.
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
- Sales experience, gained within the IT and/or software industry
- Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or a similar CRM
- A third level qualification
Highly organised and customer-focused, as an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll have a confident telephone manner and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also be a great listener with strong problem-solving skills.
