You'll be working on a software product, where you will be constantly pushing the boundaries to achieve a higher level of excellence. You'll be comfortable being technical and will be heavily involved in the code review process. Managing under performers and superstars will come easy to you!

Requirements:

* + 7 years commercial experience in a Java Environment
* J2EE
* Spring expert
* Strong knowledge of web-services
* Lead experience
* Cloud experience desirable
