You'll join a forward thinking Managed services company who are always keeping their finger on the pulse of innovation within their market. They strive to keep up to date with the latest tech and tools and one of the key qualities of the successful candidate here will be to monitor updates and changes in the market's technological landscape.

You'll be responsible for keeping critical production applications and infrastructure up and running. Working closely with third party vendors and focusing strongly on automation. Poweshell scripting is very important as well as extending monitoring capabilities for a range of Microsoft technologies.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* 3+ years experience, ideally within a managed service environment.
* Strong Powershell scripting.
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows server.
* Exposure to Microsoft Azure would be desirable.
* Excellent RMM experience (Kaseya, AEM etc).
* Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
