My Client is currently seeking an experienced Support Engineer for their offices in Louth. This role offers an excellent career progression path for the successful candidate.

This role involves:

* Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing remote support for customers
* Being the point of escalation for L1/L2 Support Engineers.
* Documenting all queries as required

Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience in a Customer Support role.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
* Experience with ERP systems, e.g. SAP, SAGE, Pegasus
* You must have accounts experience to apply for this role, for example, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, ledgers, audits, reconciling accounts, P+L, etc.
