Agile Business Analyst
Our client is a young, innovative Financial Technology Software R&D company, who work with global organizations providing detailed insights on their financial performance, providing cutting-edge analytics in their field.
They require a Technical Agile Business Analyst with 5+ years of agile business analysis experience and knowledge of SQL, to join their dynamic team. This permanent role will include improving and developing products for the Fintech market, working with Product Managers to ensure the best solution design.

Core Duties:
* Working on large scale development projects, ensuring improvements of products and services for the Fintech market.
* Liaising directly with senior stakeholders, such as, CTO, Product Managers, System Architect, documenting and gathering requirements.
* Collaborate with the development team and the stakeholders to design the most effective solutions.
Necessary Qualifications:
* At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within small-medium teams through the full software development lifecycle ustilising various methods (Scrum, Agile, Kanban).
* Broad knowledge of SQL.
* A keen knowledge of IT design and application, information and UI UX design and best practices.
* Capable of producing high quality requirements and designs, both technical and functional.
* Experience with business process and systems workflow documentation.
* Proficient communicator, competent in getting a point across as well effective listening skills.
* Ability to oversee relationship with Product Owners, both technical and non-technical, to define scope, issues, success criteria and requirements.
* Confident working with technical teams.
* Previous involvement facilitating workshops and meetings.
Additional Skills (advantage):
* JIRA and Confluence.
* Knowledge of software testing and an understanding of the quality assurance.
* An understand of analytics.
* Scrum master certification is a plus.
