Front End Developer - Angular2 - 12 month Contract

Frontend Developer / Angular2 developer required for a huge scale development project for a leading financial services organisation based in South Dublin.
The role is based around the redevelopment of a number of core applications as the business is transforming their IT systems from an old J2EE application suite to a modern REST API driven architecture connecting to an Angular2 frontend.
They require a Senior Frontend Developer who can drive the front end development of this project forward making contributions to overall architecture and mentoring other developers who are less skilled with modern JavaScript frameworks.
This is an excellent opportunity in a role with a lot of influence.

Desired Skills / Experience

* 2+ years experience with modern front end development of large scale responsive applications
* 7+ years software development experience
* Solid experience across Anguar2 or Angularjs or Reactjs or similar.
* A solid understanding of continuous integration and testing tools ie Jenkins, Karma, Jasmin etc.
* An understanding of Java and an ability to manipulate REST APIs would be nice
* Experience working in an Agile team preferred
