Due to current growth and expansion within the itContracting and Evros Technology Group we are now seeking to increase the number of Contract IT Support Engineers on our Resourcing Panel for very quick placement on our customer's sites in the Cork area and surrounding counties.

Key Skill Requirements:

* Image PC's and MAC's. (Working knowledge of SCCM and Casper)
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)
* Enterprise Chat Clients (Lync, Communicator, Skype for Business)
* End-User/Client facing configuration of Office 365
* Printing Support
* Outlook in an Exchange or O355 or Lotus Notes
* Business application support
* Meeting and Conference Room setup and maintenance
* End user Desk Moves
* Client data transfer
* Client VPN setup
* Client WiFi troubleshooting
* Client Antivirus
* Client Network Cabling and Patching
* Skype for Business or Lync
* Peripheral device support
* 1-3 years' experience
