Currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager/Supervisor for a 6-month daily rate contract which is likely to roll.
The person we are looking for should have a number of years experience managing a Service Desk team 1st level through to 3rdlevel analysts. The role is to manage, coach and develop the team and ensure workload is evenly distributed and to identify Service Improvement opportunities.
The person should have very good Customer Services skills and proven record in leading a successful Service Desk team. The team is currently made up of 13 Support Analysts based in various offices in Ireland.
