Service Delivery Lead
Responsibilities
* Implement service management best practice
* Ensure required support ITIL processes in place for all services delivered
* Development and implement service management strategy and roadmap
* Ensure that appropriate service levels, KPIs and controls are in place and are delivered in a process driven fashion
* Provide regular service level and KPI reports to internal customers
* Define, drive and implement service improvement plans with customers and 3rd parties
* Define transition methodology, operational acceptance criteria and other standards for implementation of new services
* Manage operational budgets and annual budgeting process
* Manage 3rd party vendors and suppliers that provide
* Ensure that requests for service outside of operational services are dealt with in a timely process driven way
* Manage 3rd parties in the request for service process

Experience:
* Experienced in Service Management and ITIL processes;
* Expansive Experience of systems management in a 24 x 7 highly available environment, including ITIL best practices;
* Project lead experience;
* Technical leadership role in delivering IT systems and solutions;
