My client, a growing software company with offices all over the World, are seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team in Dublin.

Requirements:

* 2+ years' experience in a Customer Support based role.
* Strong SQL Database experience, i.e. experience writing basic SQL statements.
* Developer Tool experience, e.g. Chrome Dev tools, Firebug, Fiddler or similar to check network requests in the browser.
* Excellent communication skills as this will be a Remote Support based role. Experience communicating with external clients is preferable.
* Strong experience of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
* Knowledge of Network Requests, for example how DNS works and how to use networking tools when troubleshooting problems.
