My client are a highly innovative global brand (you've probably seen their TV adverts) who's headquarters are based here in south Dublin. They are looking for a highly experienced technical leader for the windows based Business IT team.

The role will be around 70% technically hands on with the rest focusing on mentoring and leading 3 support engineers. You will need to be comfortable working with enterprise customers, have an excellent level of technical knowledge and also be happy to provide input around the future innovation of the team and it's technology stack.

You'll need to have excellent troubleshooting skills, previous experience of leading and mentoring more junior engineers and an excellent eye for detail.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant industry experience.
* Extensive MS Windows Server experience.
* Strong active directory and office 365 experience.
* Excellent VMware skills.
* Strong networking experience would be desirable.
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Experience managing vendor relations and corporate IT contracts.
* ISO27001 and PCI-DSS experience.
* Strong powershell scripting skills.
