Business Analyst required for an excellent contracting role with a financial services organisation in Dublin City Centre.

The Business Analyst profile we are looking for is quite broad, the role will involve taking requirements at the initial inception right through to solution design.

Desired Skills / Experience

* 4+ years specific Business Analyst experience
* Requirements gathering experience (Functional and Non-Functional)
* Proven experience working on specific solution design
* Process Mapping / Resource Planning
* Drive to lead process and system improvement initiatives facilitating business and system change
* Delivery of workshops / presentations / stakeholder management
* Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, particularly with senior executives
