Technical Team Lead needed for a bank in Dublin as they have huge growth plans and are looking to increase their headcount in the Dublin offices by up to 100 people over the next year.
This will be a challenging position as the team works with a wide range of technologies including Python, Scala, Java, JavaScript etc. It’s a fast paced agile environment and you will be tasked with planning and working on multiple projects, so being a strong multitasker who can deliver under pressure is essential.
Senior Developers with lead experience are also in with a chance once you have a passion for technology and have a proven track record for leading large scale projects, the client judges experience based on what you have done rather than how long you have done it so having multiple years’ experience doesn’t necessarily mean you have the right experience for them.
There is four Technical Team Lead positions open across two different teams, you will be tasked with delivering enterprise scale solutions and will have a key influence on future technology plans for your team in regards to what frameworks and libraries to use going forward to keep up to date with the latest cutting edge technology.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Team Lead position
· Relational database or Object database knowledge
· Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
· Financial services experience an advantage
