Principal Software Engineer

Our client is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join their team with strong technical leadership skills. You’ll be evangelising a lot in this role, so strong and clear communications is a must.

The Requirements:

• You must be eligible to live and work in Ireland on application
• You should have at least 10 years of experience in software development particularly Java
• You should hold expertise and believe in the CI/CD automation mindset
• Expertise with web and micro services, including SOAP, REST, OAuth, XML, JSON, WSDL, etc.
• A natural aptitude for identifying risks in software designs, and mitigating them in the design phase
• Expertise in developing modern SaaS/Cloud-based applications
• You should have excellent communication and evangelisation skills (including mentoring)
• You should be educated to a degree level in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
