The Engagement Manager - QA and Test will be part of a global team delivering QA programmes. The Engagement Manager - QA & Test will engage with clients defining, implementing and managing their QA strategies. The ideal Engagement Manager - QA & Test will have experience managing global teams and delivering programmes on an end-to-end basis.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
* Manage complex and high risk programmes utilising the resources of an on- and off-shore team
* Managing the workforce and managing recruitment of key talent in the market
* Build strategic relationships with C-Level Executives
* Monitor and identify changes in the technology market and process improvements
* Lead programme delivery and define the development process of the programmes
* Stakeholder management and facilities scoping
* Deliver in capability assessment / audits, bench marking, reporting and evaluation
* Must have excellent client management experience and negotiation skills
* Have a strong background managing QA programmes and advanced projects
* Experience influencing senior level clients and teams
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related relevant field
* ISTQB Advanced
* Project Management qualification
