My client, an international IT solution company who conduct business in the US, the UK and Ireland are seeking an Application Support Engineer to be employed on a permanent basis.

The Ideal Candidate would have experience with the following:
•
Strong and proven Application Support skills.
•
Strong SQL Server 2008/2012/2016
Experience with some of the following:
i. Writing SQL Queries
ii. Experience joining tables
iii. SQL Profiler used as a trouble shooter
iv. Database Normalisation
v. Database backup
•
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 or CRM 2011, holding a technical certification would be extremely advantageous but not essential.
•
Experience working with Windows Server 2008/2012
•
Problem and issue management, classification and prioritisation skills
•
Strong and proven customer facing skills
