An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Training Consultant to join their team.

As a Training Consultant, you will be responsible for delivery of applications training at our client’s training centre and on their client’s sites. You will also assess training requirements (TNA), skills assessments and contribute to the design of specific training solutions, and the development or updating of training material.

In addition, you will review training delivery and provide post-training support.

Your other duties will include:

- Designing new training courses and developing relevant documentation
- Pro-actively looking for new training opportunities when working with clients
- Working with other training team members to continuously improve the training services
- Working on additional projects as required

As part of your role, you must be prepared to undertake travel across Ireland and outside of Ireland to deliver training.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- At least three years’ experience of delivering Microsoft Office training in a corporate environment
- A FETAC or QQI qualification in training or equivalent
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Additionally, as a Training Consultant, you must have excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
It would be beneficial for candidates to have previous experience in Adobe, Articulate and/or other business application training courses, SAP End User or Project Team at an advanced level and providing consultancy on the use of the applications.
