A client of ours, Gas & Electricity Supplier Company is looking for a Junior IT Support engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Activities include but are not limited to:

• Developing product expertise

• PC and Printer installations, repair and fault finding.

• Machine personalisation, re-imaging, and associated deployment tasks

• Inventory updating and quality control

• Installing IT peripherals on client desks

Experience

• Knowledge of PC and printer repair.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies,

Education

Third level IT Qualification

Attributes of the Candidate

Energetic self-starter with a positive/flexible attitude.

Solution orientated with very good problem solving skills .

Ability to communicate at all levels (verbal and written).

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities.

Attention to detail.
