Tier 2 Support Engineer – 4+ min years experience
Our client, an innovative expanding IT company in Dublin City outskirts, are seeking an experienced Tier 2 Support Engineer to join their team.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
Responsibilities:
• You will work as part of the wider support team as the interface with account managers and service agents
• You will manage a triage of tickets ensuring all issues are resolved
• Problem solve a range of issues
• Overseeing additional Tier 1 & Tier 2 issues
• Assist in compiling FAQs for customers
REQUIRED:
Knowledge:
• Solid technical education (computer science, software engineering)
• Prior Tier 2 experience
• Knowledge of web based applications in Windows environment
• Database & SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Prior experience in cloud – AWS or Azure
REQUIRED:
• Excellent ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing
• Valid Work permit
